Q: You have a profile for our farm or business on your site. Is there a way for us to make changes or update that?

A: Yes! We encourage you to claim your free profile. Click here for details.

Q: You don't have a profile for my farm or business, but I'd like to create an account. How can I do that?

A: We're currently working with a select group of farms and businesses on an invitation-only basis, but you can request an invitation by clicking here and filling out our invite form.

Q: How much does it cost to use this site?

A: Nothing. It's completely free for now. In the future, we may develop advanced features that you can choose to pay for on an optional basis.

Q: When I'm on the site, how do I see my profile?

A: If you have an account with us, log in. After logging in, we'll direct you to your profile. You'll also see a blue button on the menu bar that says "My Profile."

If you have not yet claimed your account, you can click on the VENDOR link to see if we have a profile for you. If you find a profile for your farm or business, we encourage you to claim it for free. Click here for details.

Q: I was looking at my profile and I don't know how to edit it. Why can't I edit?

A: First, you need to claim your profile to gain access to the edit features. If you haven't already done that, please click here for details.

If you have already claimed your profile, make sure that you have logged into the site. If you are logged in, you'll see a welcome message on the top righthand corner of the page saying Hi. If you don't see that, then you're not logged in. Once you confirm that you're logged in, editing your profile is very easy. Simply click on the "My Profile" link and then click on the blue "Edit Profile" link right next to the name of your business.
