Season: Year round
Description: It's creamy, its white, and goes in your coffee or over your cereal. Cow's milk is the most traditional kind, but going less mainstream might be good for you: Goat and sheep milks usually have less additives and hormones in them, and goat milk forms a softer curd so it is easier to digest. That said, goat and sheep milk are not readily available in low fat or fat-free varieties.
